LASER World of PHOTONICS INDIA is India’s only trade fair for the laser and photonics community. It was founded in 2012 and it represents the most important marketplaces of India in the south, the west and in the north. The venue changes each year and the trade fair is either held in Bangalore, Mumbai or New Delhi.
To participate in LASER World of PHOTONICS INDIA, you must complete and sign the application form. Based on the information provided on the form, we will check to see if your company is eligible to participate as an exhibitor.
If so, we will send you a stand proposal.
The minimum size is 9m²
Early bird*: EUR 190 / m²
Full price: EUR 195 / m²

When you submit your application, it only concerns stand space at LASER World of PHOTONICS INDIA. It automatically includes the mandatory entry in the exhibitor directory (online and event directory) as well as worker and exhibitor passes. You will be invoiced separately for any additional charges incurred (e.g. stand construction, technical services, advertising materials). All invoices should be paid immediately upon receipt.
Shortly after you submit your space application, you will receive a confirmation of your application together with a stand proposal. After confirming your stand proposal you will receive by email your admission letter together with you admission invoice, which must be paid immediately upon receipt.
All invoices for any service ordered and related to the event are to be paid without deductions and free of all charges by bank transfer to one of the accounts specified on the invoices, mentioning the exhibitor’s company name and invoice number.
Exhibitors are free to have co-exhibitors at their stands. The main exhibiting company (leaser of space from organizers) must fill out and sign the co-exhibitor application form. Co-exhibitors are also subject to approval to exhibit. The application fee is EUR 240 for each co-exhibitor or additionally represented company admitted. The main exhibitor will be charged this fee.
Services can be booked via Online Exhibitor Manual. After successful registration for the show, exhibitors will receive an e-mail with log-in data and further information.

We can help you with an invitation letter to explain the reason for the visit. You can register yourself and your employees for an invitation letter, which will then be sent to you as a PDF file. The form that has to be filled out to apply for an invitation letter as well as the contact for visa enquiries can be found in the exhibitor manual, which will be sent to you 3 months before the exhibition.

Admission is free upon registration—trade visitors only!
The exhibition is open to trade professionals by registration only. Admission is free. Visitors must register online or at the exhibition and wear their visitor badge during the exhibition. No visitors under the age of 16 years will be admitted.
The online registration will be available in time before the show. To save time you should register online in advance. You can also register upon arrival onsite at the registration counter.
